Our location is fully walled and equipped with alarms, smoke detectors and cameras. You will receive a personal access code to open the access gate within the agreed opening hours and you will have your own lock for access to your own
personal storage space.
No need to plan ahead
Our rental contracts are completely flexible and have a notice period of 1 month. You can start renting on any day of the month, you only pay for the days of that month. The minimum rental period is the current month plus 1 month.

Storage tips
Choose the right box
One large box offers about the same amount of space as four small to medium-sized boxes. Use the smaller boxes for heavier items, such as books and crockery; the large boxes are suitable for lighter items such as bed linen, blankets and linen.
Garbage bags
Garbage bags are not suitable for packing your items. They tear easily and do not ventilate, which can cause mold.
Not too heavy
Do not make the boxes too heavy. You should still be able to lift the full box easily. Place heavier items at the bottom to provide a stable base.
Make sure the boxes remain ‘square’
Make sure the boxes remain ‘square’ and do not bulge at the side or top. This will keep them stable when stacked in storage. But it is also important that the boxes are not too empty. If the box is half full, the contents can shift during transport.
Use polystyrene chips
The box can also collapse under the weight of heavier boxes or items. Use polystyrene chips to fill in any voids without adding weight.
Tape the boxes shut
Good quality tape is essential. By taping the boxes shut, they retain their shape and protect your items. Be sure to tape the top and bottom tightly with wide tape.
Write on what is inside
Use a black marker to write on the box what is inside. This way, you will not have to search through all the boxes later when you need something.
Mark the top
On boxes with fragile contents, mark which is the top. Fragile items such as glassware, picture frames and lamps can be easily damaged if stored incorrectly.
Prepare power tools
If you want to store a lawn mower, trimmer or leaf blower, empty the fuel tank beforehand. This will prevent other items in the storage area from smelling of fuel and your clothes and other items from being damaged in the event of a leak.
Cover furniture
Cover furniture with protective material so that it does not get damaged during transport or storage. Remove cushions from the sofa and wrap or pack them in plastic.
Make items as small as possible
Many items can be made smaller. For example, you can take a bed frame apart so that it fits more easily in the storage area.
Tape frames together
Tape frames together (use the non-sticky side to prevent glue residue). Put the screws in a plastic bag and stick it to the frame.

Insurance
MEJORBOX is never liable if something happens to your stored items with us. If you do store valuable items with us, it is advisable to report this to your home contents insurance. It is often possible to have your storage box at our address covered by your home contents insurance in addition to your home.
Access Hours
You have access to your storage space during access hours. Leave our premises before closing time to prevent the alarm from going off. If this does happen, the costs of having a guard come to your premises will be at your expense.
Access Code
A panel hangs at the entrance gate. Enter the code you received from us on this panel and the gate will open and you can drive in. After 2 minutes, the gate will automatically close again.
Of course, the gate is secured with electronic eyes, which means that the gate will stop if you have not yet completely passed through the gate. To leave our location, you must again enter your code on the panel on the inside of the gate.
